Vah Ruta (And more divine beast) in 16 bits


Hello again. Waty here. Happy 2024 to all players. The trailer for The legend of Zelda:Retro Wild is still ongoing. 

As promised, the first divine temple is designed and programmed. This brings 3 new mechanics in which will make it feel fresh and interesting. in addition to new types of guardians and guardian weapons. The final boss puts a twist on a key game mechanic like the sheika tablet and I feel like it will be clever and fun to fight against Waterblight Ganon. 

 This temple will be accessible in the next update through a portal in the Kakariko village, since the Zora area will not be finished yet. I don't want to spoil too much, but I want to show you these sprites and designs of the 4 divine beasts, along with the 4 symbols and champions. Mipha, Daruk, Revali and urbosa. I have thought about how to program the 4 powers but at the moment only Mipha's Blessing is included in the game. This sprites are drawn from other bosses and npcs in zelda oracle of ages and links awakening. but I think I knew how to maintain a coherent style and faithful to the original designs.

Can you make mechanical divine beast(controlable)?
